Airport pickups planned around your flight
Share the airport, terminal, flight number and scheduled arrival time. An aircraft landing time is different from the time your group is ready to board: allow for immigration, baggage collection and passengers reaching the agreed meeting point. Ask the team to explain flight monitoring, waiting time and delayed-flight arrangements for your booking, including any additional charges.
Luggage space and group size
A vehicle with enough seats may still be unsuitable for a group travelling with large suitcases. Provide the number and approximate size of bags, plus pushchairs, sports equipment or mobility aids. Tell us if passengers arrive on different flights, as separate arrival times can change the transfer plan. Confirm vehicle suitability before accepting the quotation.
Return transfers and multiple hotels
For a return airport journey, include the departure airport and terminal, flight time and required check-in arrival time. List all pickup addresses in the proposed order, with passenger numbers for each. Confirm the final collection schedule with the team and make sure the group has the organiser's contact details and understands where to meet.
